From drab to fab! An amazing transformation for our lovely customers. This project required renovating the kitchen, laundry, ensuite bathroom, guest bathroom, custom made entertainment units for 3 of the living areas, new floors, lighting and electrical in each room. Renovating these rooms in unison created a harmonious design throughout the home.
Kitchen:
This show stopping kitchen is every homeowners dream! Gorgeous Calacatta marble veins combine with fresh white and slate cabinetry creating a timeless design. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a 6 burner gas cooktop, professional sized undermount sink situated on the large kitchen island that becomes informal dining and the ideal place for guests to gather.
There is an abundance of working bench and cabinet space complete with smart storage solutions such as a corner carousel, twin pullout bin, and inner drawers to the pantry that ensure ingredients are kept perfectly organised.
Under cabinet and pendant lighting provides the ideal light when preparing the evening meal, and also creates a beautiful feature in the kitchen highlighting the stone splashback and bench tops.

Laundry:
Laundry day is an absolute pleasure in this stunning laundry. The front loading washer and dryer set are positioned side by side to enable a greater amount of bench space for sorting and folding laundry. Custom made white cabinets and calacatta marble benchtop blend perfectly with the kitchen. There is open shelving with a drying rail above the sink which is the perfect place to dry delicates and other items unable to be tumble dried.

Ensuite Bathroom:
The ultimate in luxury, this ensuite bathroom is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Boasting a gorgeous freestanding bath positioned under the window dressed with plantation shutters. The shower recess features a rainfall shower with an adjustable hand held shower rose, shower niche, and custom frameless glass shower screen. Under tile floor heating keeps the bathroom temperature warm and toasty, and helps to keep the floor dry, preventing mould.
The large custom made timber wall mount vanity with drawers provides plenty of well organised storage for all toiletries and makeup. Oval LED mirrors create the perfect light for shaving and makeup application. Under cabinet lighting is set to a sensor with a timer turn on at night with movement, and then automatically switch off again ensuring safe passage in the dark without disturbing the sleeping partner in the main bedroom.

Guest Bathroom:
Featuring all that guests could possibly need with a custom made wall mount vanity, LED mirror. Complete with an oversized shower recess with a shower rail, rainfall shower head, and an adjustable hand held shower rose, linear shower grate, and a custom made sliding frameless glass shower screen.

Living Areas:
Custom made entertainment units were made to perfectly suit the upstairs parents retreat, lounge room and rumpus room. Each of these were built, and installed complete with electrical, avoiding messy cables.
New hybrid timberflooring was laid throughout the living areas and kitchen creating a harmonious flow throughout the home.
