A truly amazing finish for this home renovation project. Our lovely customers wanted to completely renovate their Hills District residence to create a contemporary interior design. This included renovating the kitchen, laundry, all three bathrooms, tiling the floors throughout the downstairs entry and living areas, new carpet upstairs, a custom wall-to-wall library and desk in the office, a custom TV entertainment unit, fresh paint and new lighting and electrical throughout the home, and finally, a spectacular new staircase boasting glass balustrades and chandelier. What a transformation!
Renovating the entire home in unison creates a harmonious feel throughout the home. This has the benefit of using products and materials that are from the same batch when manufactured, enabling superior blending and colour matching. This is particularly true for stone, tiles, carpet and even cabinetry.
Kitchen
The G-shaped kitchen is a popular layout as it maximises both storage and working bench space and the peninsula island provides an informal dining area. This gorgeous G-shaped kitchen boasts white custom cabinetry with an abundance of well-organised storage space.
Subtle veined stone adorns the bench tops with a waterfall to the peninsula island and matching splashback create a stunning feature.
An oversized stainless steel sink is paired with a pull-out sink mixer which is an ideal combination for washing even the largest of pots and pans. Newly laid tiles flow from the kitchen, laundry, and out into the living room areas and entry.
New down lights and under-cabinet lights ensure the perfect illumination whether it be a bright light when preparing meals or a soft light when winding down in the evening.

Laundry
This laundry ticks all the must-have boxes. Featuring custom white cabinetry to match the kitchen, under cabinet lighting, a stone bench top with matching splashback, and open timber shelving. It boasts a drying rod positioned over directly the laundry tub to enable drip drying of delicates, and foldaway drying racks that are supported by wall studs to hold the weight of an entire washing load. Rain, hail or shine, laundry day has never been better!

Main Bathroom, Ensuite, & Guest Bathroom
All three bathrooms boast a timeless colour scheme with stunning travertine-designed tiles that bring a touch of nature’s beauty into the home. Custom-made wall mount timber vanities make the most of every inch of space available and with large drawers enhance bathroom storage. The vanities are paired with delicately veined stone, semi-inset bowls, wall-mount tapware and LED mirrors that create the perfect reflection for makeup application and shaving.
Each shower recess is complete with a shower niche, rainfall shower head, adjustable hand-held shower rose, linear shower grate, and a custom-made frameless glass shower screen.
The back-to-wall toilet suites are positioned discreetly from view upon entering the bathroom.
The main bathroom is a spa-like oasis in the comfort of home with a stunning free-standing egg-shaped bath that is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
To increase the freedom of the floor plan and enhance space within the ensuite, a contemporary styled barn door was installed creating a fabulous and functional entry from the master bedroom.
Both the main bathroom and ensuite are sure to be toasty in the cooler months with the addition of under-tile floor heating which not only keeps the entire bathroom warm but also keeps towels dry and reduces mould.

Office, & TV Room
Working from home has never looked more attractive. This superb wall-to-wall cabinetry is the ultimate office space. Simply a place for absolutely everything office with open shelving, floor cabinets and drawers.
The living room features a built-in wall mount white custom-made TV entertainment unit with a wall mount wide screen TV and wall mount sound bar. All electrical is hidden inside the unit from view.

Entryway
Upon entering the home you are welcomed by newly tiled floors, a gorgeous staircase with glass balustrades that immediately take centre stage and enhance the spacious feeling of the home, and an exquisite contemporary styled chandelier that draws the eye upward. Welcome to your new home.
